All honey & quill items are made to order and crafted with care. Because of the custom and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged, we want to make it right. Please contact us at hello@honeyandquillco.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• A photo of the damaged item(s)
• Your order number

We'll review your claim and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
